The ITUC affiliates in Morocco are the Confédération Démocratique du Travail (CDT), the Union Générale des Travailleurs du Maroc (UGTM) and the Union Marocaine du Travail (UMT).
Morocco ratified Convention No. 98 on the Right to Organise and Collective Bargaining (1949) in 1957 but has not ratified Convention No. 87 on Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise.
